The application process
If you would like to apply for a specific position:
- Search for the job which interests you. You can search on location, job type, job title salary and whether you are looking for full or part time work
- Read the job description and any entry criteria. Ensure you are eligible to apply. If you are unsure about any of our entry criteria please contact us at Contact details
- Look at the job advert to find out which application method to use. Remember: If you need to use a different method due to a disability please contact us.
- Fill out our application form online. You can save this and return to it later. You can also print it out. If you are disabled and think you will find it difficult to apply online for a reason related to your disability, please contact us for an application in another format. However, we would encourage you to apply online if possible as it will speed up the process for you. We have designed the form to ensure that it is accessible to as many people as possible.
- For some jobs we may ask you to submit your CV rather than fill out an application form. Follow the instructions included in the job description. You can either upload your CV or email it to us at the address given. Remember to include the job reference number in the email
- You will receive email confirmation that we have received your application, which will tell you what will happen next. You must remember to include your correct email address to ensure you receive this confirmation.
If you are a graduate and would like to apply to join our Graduate Training Programme:
- Read all the information in our graduate section (not included in this demonstration site) and decide if you have the skills were looking for. Ensure you meet our minimum standards for entry. If for any reason you do not meet these criteria, perhaps for example due to a reason related to a disability, but believe you would nonetheless be an asset to GlobalConglomorate, please include this information in your application. If we think your skills match what we are looking for in the job we will invite you for an interview. Please note, we offer a guaranteed interview to candidates with disabilities who meet our minimum criteria.
Depending on the position for which you are applying, we may also ask you to take part in an assessment, either at one of our assessment centres or online. Where relevant we use tests to check your numeric and literacy skills, psychometric tests and tests of professional skills.
